Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in time-critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.
Requirments:
English level (Upper C1-C2), in order to communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
Curios, hardworking with a flexible mindset.
High attention to details and multitasking.
Previous experience in logistics is not required but would be a strong advantage.
Good working knowledge of computer's systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines.
Ability to understand and apply in practice a high volume of information.
Responsibilities:
Book and issue flights using the Amadeus GDS and other travel agency booking platforms.
Research to locate the best pricing and offer options according to the client's specifications.
Book transportation, and make hotel reservations for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met.
Resolve issues related to bookings, flight schedule changes, and client complaints.
Process rebooking, cancellation, and refunds.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
Making outbound calls to airlines, consolidators, and suppliers about bookings.
Provide exceptional customer service to Corporate clients.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour suppliers, wholesalers, and tour operators.
Required Experience:
Familiarity with IATA rules, fare policies, and visa requirements.
Clear explanation of itineraries and handling customer issues professionally.
Double-checking names, schedules, and prices to avoid errors.
Problem-Solving
Managing cancellations, flight changes, and overbookings quickly.
Recommending add-ons like insurance or upgrades.
Flexibility and Stress Management
Handling last-minute changes and heavy workloads.
GDS Systems: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/Travelport, Worldspan. CRM Tools, Zoho CRM.
Booking Platforms: Cockpit, airline portals, etc.
Reporting Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), Google Sheets.
Other Tool: Timatic (visa info), Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, OneDrive.
